Starting therapy can feel vulnerable — especially if you’re used to being the capable one who handles things on your own. It’s normal to wonder what the process will actually look like.

Our first sessions focus on understanding you — your goals, your stressors, the patterns that keep repeating, and the ways you’ve learned to cope. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words. We move at a pace that feels steady and respectful.

Therapy with me is collaborative and active. You won’t just vent each week (unless you need to). We’ll look at the patterns driving anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or people-pleasing and work intentionally toward change. That may include building insight, learning practical tools, strengthening boundaries, and developing a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions.
