DO YOU OFFER ONLINE THERAPY?

Yes, I do. In fact, my therapy practice is all online therapy.  We meet through a HIPAA compliant online portal called "Simple Practice" where you can see your scheduled sessions, see your information and update it in real time, and you can send confidential messages directly to me.

WHAT GOES ON IN THERAPY?

A lot of what happens depends on you and your goals.  I'll be present with you in each session, listening, supporting, challenging, providing insight, and encouraging you as you progress through your journey.  I take a collaborative and client-led approach as I find that this is to be the most helpful as there is no "one-size fits all" to therapy.

I'M NOT SURE ABOUT TELETHERAPY. CAN YOU DESCRIBE IT?

In today's modern world of working from home, telehealth has become an amazing convenience for many to access psychological services without the added stressors of a commute, finding childcare, or time away from responsibilities and family.  I've found that many people are able to find a private location to have session and my teletherapy platform is encrypted and HIPAA compliant, so it is as private as possible.  I encourage skeptics to try it as I have found that once people try sessions this way, they find that it is super easy, convenient, and a great way to find that time to work on your own mental health and goals!

HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES COST?

I accept all Credit Cards, including FSA and HSA cards.  Given that I work fully online, I do not accept cash or check payments.  I will submit in-network claims to your insurance company.  If you are self-pay and want to send claims out-of-network to your insurance company, I am happy to provide a superbill.
